These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nh999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nh999 website at https://nh999.bio and all associated services, games, features, and content provided thereon. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP account holders.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. nh999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with or without prior notice; your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the nh999 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or using the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nh999 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request identity verification documents from any player prior to authorising a withdrawal.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or be subject to any court order or other legal restriction that prohibits or limits your participation in gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or shareholder of nh999 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person, and you must not be acting on behalf of any such person.

nh999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions. nh999 reserves the right to change minimum or maximum transaction limits at any time; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits made below this threshold may not be credited and will be returned to the payment source less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. nh999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• nh999 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. For crypto deposits, network transaction fees are outside nh999's control and are the responsibility of the depositing player. For Visa and Mastercard, applicable processing fees will be displayed prior to confirmation.
• All deposits are final once credited to a player account. nh999 does not reverse or refund deposits that have been successfully credited. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit, nh999 reserves the right to correct the balance to the accurate amount.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though nh999 may apply daily or weekly limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. nh999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, e-wallets, or payment methods not registered under the account holder's verified name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or when additional verification is required. nh999 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays outside its reasonable control.
• Funds held in a player account that remain inactive (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee. nh999 will provide notice before applying any inactivity fee and will not reduce a balance below zero through inactivity charges.

nh999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that nh999 bears no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once reduced, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days. Contact nh999 support to apply a deposit limit.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or indefinite exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. nh999 will not reverse a self-exclusion before the chosen period has elapsed.
• Session time reminders: Players may enable notifications that alert them after a set period of continuous play. These reminders do not automatically end a session but prompt the player to review their activity.
• Reality checks: At intervals selected by the player, a summary of current session duration and net win/loss position will be displayed. Reality checks cannot be disabled once activated without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

All content on the nh999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, user interfaces, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of nh999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The nh999 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of nh999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, or in any other way exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of nh999. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of nh999's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

nh999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons or for any other reason that nh999 determines in its sole discretion to be appropriate.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, payment conditions, or account security obligations.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the time period requested by nh999 following a KYC request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion application submitted in accordance with nh999's responsible gaming policy.

nh999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nh999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without notice.

By continuing to use the Platform after any amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full.
